Share holding by Hermes Equity Ownership Services Ltd

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, Bioquell PLC ("Bioquell") discloses that it has been informed by Hermes Equity Ownership Services Ltd ("Hermes") that it has sold Bioquell ordinary shares ("Shares") such that Hermes’ holding now comprises 1,450,000 Shares, representing approximately 3.5% of Bioquell’s issued Share capital.
