Share holding by Henderson Group Investors

In accordance with the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority, Bioquell PLC (“Bioquell”) discloses that it has been informed by Henderson Global Investors that they have sold Bioquell ordinary shares (“Shares”) such that their holding is now below 5% of Bioquell’s issued Share capital.
