Redemption of Bioquell PLC 7.5 per cent. redeemable preference shares

Bioquell PLC (the “Company”) has today written to the holders of the Preference Shares giving notice that it is redeeming all 150,000 of such shares on 30 September 2011 in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company at a price of 112.5p per Preference Share plus any unpaid but accrued dividend. On redemption the Preference Shares shall be cancelled and will no longer be listed.
