Sale of shares

In accordance with the UKLA Listing Rules, on 27 October 2009 BIOQUELL PLC (“BIOQUELL” or the “Company”) received notification from Thompson Clive & Partners Limited of recent sales of BIOQUELL ordinary shares which in aggregate total 319,192.

Thompson Clive Growth Companies Fund now owns 1,000,000 BIOQUELL ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
