Grant of options to Directors

BIOQUELL PLC (“BIOQUELL”) (LSE: BQE) announces that Nicholas Adams, Chief Executive of BIOQUELL, and Mark Bodeker, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, have been awarded options (“Options”), with vesting preconditions, over ordinary BIOQUELL shares.

Mr Adams has been awarded 221,000 Options. Mr Bodeker has been awarded 194,500 Options.

In order for the Options to vest BIOQUELL has to report earnings per share growth of at least 7.5% per annum for three years.
